Our Process
Our process
Predictable work comes from a boring, well-kept process.
Every engagement moves through the same five stages. The weight of each stage changes with the project — a small integration may spend a morning on discovery; a healthcare platform may spend a month — but none of them is skipped.
The five stages
From first conversation to supported release
-
01
1 · Discovery
We map the real process, not the one in the manual: who does what, where it creaks, what success would measurably look like. We ask awkward questions now rather than budget more later.
-
02
2 · Architecture
We choose the smallest technology that does the job well and write it down — data model, integrations, hosting, risks — before any build begins.
-
03
3 · Design & build
Work is delivered in reviewable increments. You see the real software often, so course corrections happen when they are cheap.
-
04
4 · Test & harden
Automated tests, accessibility checks and a security review are part of the work, not an extra. Anything we cannot verify does not ship.
-
05
5 · Deploy & support
We release with monitoring, documentation and a handover that makes sense. Then we stay available for the changes real usage will ask for.
Common questions
How engagements actually run
Who will we actually work with?
The same senior developers who scoped and build the system. There is no sales-to-delivery handoff.
How do we track progress?
You see working software in reviewable increments, plus a shared log of what was done, what is next and what we need from you.
What happens after launch?
We hand over documented, monitored software and stay available — either under a support agreement or as-needed.
