This draft policy must be reviewed by the site owner with proper legal advice before launch. It currently describes only what the website itself does.

When you use the contact form on this site we collect the details you submit: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, company, service interest, budget band, timeline and project description. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. That is the only purpose.

When your enquiry arrives we store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string with the submission. These help us rate-limit submissions and investigate abuse. They cannot be used to identify you directly.

We also store the technical records any web server does (such as Apache access logs, kept by the hosting environment) to keep the site operating and secure.

Enquiry data is stored in this website's own database and used to reply to you. It is not sold, and it is not added to marketing lists without a clear opt-in separately granted.\n\nEnquiries are kept no longer than the retention period recorded against each submission, after which they are deleted.\n\nYou can ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your enquiry at any time using the contact details on this site. If you gave us personal data, you have these rights regardless of how the enquiry started.
